What does a typical yacht rental include?
Every charter comes with an experienced crew, essential safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. Each service type has unique inclusions — evening cruises offer gourmet snacks and refreshments, whereas business charters include meeting facilities and specialized catering options.
When should I make a reservation?
It's best to book at least 2–3 weeks prior to ensure availability, particularly in high season (May–September). For business gatherings and special occasions, arrange 4–6 weeks ahead for better selection and customizations.
What is the protocol for unfavorable weather?
Our foremost concern is safety. Should our captain deem the weather conditions unsafe, we'll propose an alternative charter date or issue a complete refund. We keep a close eye on the weather forecasts and will get in touch with you if adverse conditions are anticipated 24 hours ahead of your departure.
May I bring my own provisions and drinks?
Certainly, guests can supply their own food and non-alcoholic drinks. That said, we also provide exceptional catering services tailored to your tastes. Please note, for everyone's safety, glass containers are prohibited onboard.
Is there accessibility for guests with special mobility requirements?
We endeavor to make sure everyone has access. While some yachts are more equipped for accessibility than others. We urge you to discuss any specific needs when booking, and we'll guide you to the most appropriate yacht and manage any required arrangements.
What are your terms for cancellations?
For cancellations with more than 72 hours' notice, we provide a full reimbursement. A 50% refund is given for cancellations made between 24–72 hours. Any cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a refund unless the reason is unsuitable weather or mechanical problems on our part.
